I got my server to run fine for now by using the old cba_main_a3.pbo from the previous release. On ArmA 3 startup and when joining my server I get a warning about the file being missing.
So far this seems to be working for others as well cba_main_a3.pbo is missing from the new update. 5.) Refresh your downloads, I did this and then DZN Tripods downloaded successfully.

After a fresh install it should work again. Uninstall the game, then manually go to your Arma 3 folder in steam apps and delete it yourself too. Once I did that, I got a Missing downloaded files message when downloading the game to pinpoint corrupted mod easily, hover on the Missing downloaded files on steam>downloads tab. So, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It was trying to reinstall all of my mods again. I quit the launcher only to see that there was a 250Gb or so update for ArmA. In the launcher, I noticed that all 223 of my mods were queued for download. Missing downloaded files - ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING Or you can go to the downloads page in steam and hover over the Missing Downloaded Files text and itll show you what file its stuck on. Then you know what mod files you need to delete. Go to: steam\steamapps\workshop\content\107410 and there will be a folder with the ID code of the mod its trying to download.I have tried doing a fresh re install of the game, clearing the download cache, re- subscribing to each mod individually but nothing has worked when i try to install mods through arma, i get a message through steam saying the files are missing. I've tried basically everything I could think of, I at least wanna know if the downloaded files are missing what did i just sit here for 3 hours and download So i just installed 30 GB of workshop files, they got to the end, and now steam says missing downloaded files.
